Amazon Turkey Order Shows Shipped Before Purchase

Today, I placed an order on Amazon at 5:34 PM, and the payment was immediately charged to my debit card at the time of purchase. Shortly after placing the order, due to a lack of trust based on recent experiences, I wanted to cancel it. However, I encountered an incomprehensible and unacceptable situation in the Amazon app. The order appeared as if it had already been shipped approximately two to two and a half hours before I even placed it. I do not know whether this is a technical error, a system malfunction, or a practice designed to prevent order cancellations, but there is no logical or commercially honest explanation for it. It is unacceptable for an order placed at 5:34 PM to appear as if it had already been shipped earlier. Over the past two weeks, I have experienced repeated issues with Amazon Turkey and have had to contact customer service multiple times, yet no concrete solutions were provided, processes were deliberately prolonged, and not even the smallest goodwill gesture was made in the name of customer satisfaction. What was even more disappointing was the extremely cold and unhelpful attitude of the customer service representative during my most recent written communication. When I asked why a simple goodwill voucher was not offered despite all the issues I had experienced, the representative responded in a harsh and dismissive manner that they could not provide one. I would like to emphasize that I also actively use the same Amazon account in Germany, where even a fraction of these issues would typically result in customer service representatives offering goodwill vouchers without hesitation. In contrast, in Turkey, customers are treated as if they are creating a problem. These experiences have clearly shown me that Amazon Turkey does not value customer satisfaction, that representatives either do not have or do not use the authority to take initiative, and that customer loyalty has no value. I have renewed my Prime subscription regularly for about a year, but due to this final interaction and especially the approach of the representative named Gökçe, I have canceled my Prime membership. Amazon has completely lost its credibility for me in Turkey. The purpose of writing this complaint is to raise awareness among other consumers who may face similar issues, to publicly document Amazon Turkey’s approach, and to draw attention to arbitrary, unexplained, and trust-damaging practices. My expectations from Amazon Turkey are a clear and written explanation of the contradictory situation experienced during the order cancellation process, a review of customer service practices, and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.
