If Amazon's first-line customer service keeps giving you vague answers, you can ask to talk to a supervisor or a senior account expert directly.

When you ask, be clear and firm. For example, say that you've already talked to help several times and now want the problem to be looked at by someone higher up.

In the event that doesn't work, go to the "Contact Us" page on Amazon's site for your country and select "Something else" followed by "Account or other issues" and finally "Chat/Call me." Most of the time, this will send you to expert teams.
