Coinbase Fails to Send Login Codes to Hotmail Address

I have been a Coinbase user for approximately 11 years, but I had not logged into my account for a long time. About one week ago, I tried to access my account again, but I am unable to log in due to two-factor authentication. The 6-digit verification code that is supposed to be sent to my email address never arrives. No code is being delivered to my @hotmail.com email address, and because of this, I cannot access my account. I also do not remember whether I previously set up an alternative method for two-factor authentication. I tried to contact Coinbase support, but I have not received any response so far, and I am unsure whether there is an active support channel or why I am unable to reach one. I want to check whether there are any assets remaining in my Coinbase account from the past, but since I cannot log in, I am unable to verify this. I am requesting that my account security be preserved, that my identity verification steps be reviewed and the necessary checks be carried out, and that my access to my Coinbase account be restored.
