I wanted to purchase the Einhell Cordless Hedge Trimmer GC-CH 18/40 Li Solo Power X-Change from amazon.com.tr, but the system creates a situation where the seller appears to be selectively selling the product, and I am unable to place an order. When I try to place the order, it initially looks like the transaction is approved, but shortly afterward, it is automatically canceled by the system. Even though this was my first attempt to order this specific product, I have previously experienced the same automatic cancellation issue multiple times with approximately four different products I tried to buy on Amazon.
Whenever my orders were canceled, I contacted Amazon customer service many times. Each time, I was told that this was a system-related issue, that nothing could be done, and that I simply needed to wait. However, while I am waiting, the product goes out of stock, and when it becomes available again, the price has increased. As a result, I am forced to try to buy the product at a much higher price, which prevents me from purchasing it and causes ongoing inconvenience and financial harm.
My request to Amazon is that I be allowed to purchase the Einhell Cordless Hedge Trimmer GC-CH 18/40 Li Solo Power X-Change under the conditions that were valid at the time I attempted to place the order—specifically, at the price of $45 with the option of 3 installment payments—without the order being canceled. I also request that this recurring system-based order cancellation issue be investigated and permanently resolved.
