Amazon Did Not Ship Samsung Odyssey G5 Monitor Despite Stock

For many years I have been shopping from Amazon.com.tr with confidence, but my last experience has caused serious disappointment. I especially preferred products with the statement “Provided by Amazon.com.tr”, assuming that Amazon’s assurance would be behind the process, but I have seen that this is not actually the case. On 24.12.2025, I purchased the Samsung g55C Gaming Odyssey g5 32 2560X1440 va 1000r 165Hz 1MS 2,500:1 HDR10 FreeSync LS32CG552EUXUF model monitor, which appeared as in stock, via Amazon.com.tr for ₺8,800. At the time of purchase, it was clearly stated on the system that the product would be delivered by 29.12.2025 at the latest. My order number is 407-4119947-1275526. For about two days after I placed the order, the product continued to appear as in stock on the site and was sold to other customers, but my own order was never shipped. As of today, 30.12.2025, the order status still appears as “not shipped”, and when I log into the system, an extremely late and meaningless estimated delivery date such as 14 February 2026 is shown. Meanwhile, the price of the same product has risen to over ₺10,000. Due to the New Year and mid-term holiday period and the price increase, I strongly suspect that the seller deliberately did not ship the product and pushed the delivery date so far forward in order to force me to cancel the order. The persistent display of the “cancel order” option further reinforces this impression. In my call with customer service, I was told that the product is currently not shown as in stock, that the seller has not delivered the product to Amazon, and therefore there is nothing they can do. In other words, despite the “Provided by Amazon.com.tr” statement, I encountered a situation where Amazon did not assume any responsibility for the problem and acted as if everything was only between the seller and me. This gives the impression that Amazon is not actually involved in the process and merely acts as a shop window. I request that my monitor be supplied from stock and delivered to me at the price and within the delivery time originally promised at the time of purchase, without forcing me to cancel the order or pay a higher amount.
