Amazon Customer Service Unreachable After Unauthorized Charges
On January 18 at 6:49 AM, my credit card was charged twice through Amazon, without my knowledge or consent, for $253 each, totaling $506. I have no orders, purchases, or approved payments related to these transactions.
Despite trying to contact Amazon customer service, I have not been able to reach anyone, and therefore, I cannot resolve this issue through the platform. I request that these unauthorized transactions be urgently investigated and that the full amount of $506 be refunded to me immediately.
Because I am concerned about the security of my credit card information, I also ask that all necessary security checks be carried out on my account and card, and that appropriate measures be taken to prevent a similar incident from happening again.
