If you can't get through to Amazon's customer service, go to the Help & Customer Service page, log in, and use the "Contact Us" area to chat or ask for a callback. This is often the fastest way to talk to a real person.

Customers in the US can call 1-888-280-4331 for help. The line is usually open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

You can message @AmazonHelp on X or use Amazon's Facebook page if online and phone support don't work. Support staff will often reply and connect you straight to an agent.

If not, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to seek a resolution.
