I am writing regarding an undelivered parcel that was shipped with Imile and has still not reached me. The shipment is an order placed through Amazon, and the Imile tracking number is 6120725515679. For the last 5 days, there has been no tracking update at all, and the status has not changed, so I have no information on where my parcel is or when it will be delivered. This lack of movement and communication is causing serious inconvenience, as I was expecting the parcel to arrive within a reasonable time. I request that Imile urgently locate my parcel and ensure that it is delivered to me immediately, or at least provide a clear and detailed update on its current status and an exact delivery date.
