Complaint About Amazon Prime Same-Day Delivery Failure

I have been an Amazon Prime member in Turkey for many years, paying my subscription fees regularly each month. The main reason I chose Prime membership is the fast and same-day delivery promise offered by Amazon. However, this promise has repeatedly not been fulfilled in my recent orders, which is extremely disappointing. Order 408-1165117-4873948, placed on December 3, 2025, was delivered with a significant delay. Order 407-4776715-1201903, placed on January 6, 2026, at 10:34 AM, is marked in the system as “same-day delivery,” yet it did not arrive at all, and I spent the entire day waiting for a delivery that never came. In a similar situation I experienced previously, I was told the issue was caused by the delivery partner, and no real solution was provided. I would like to state clearly that it does not concern me whether the delay was caused by the delivery company, the seller, or Amazon. I have been paying regularly for this service as a Prime member for years, and my sole point of contact is Amazon. The repeated failure to fulfill the same-day delivery promise is unacceptable and undermines the core value of Prime membership. I expect Amazon to take full responsibility for this failed delivery, provide a concrete and lasting solution to prevent similar issues in the future, and offer appropriate compensation or acknowledgment for the time I lost waiting for a delivery that never arrived. I kindly request that this issue be investigated immediately and that I be informed without delay about the specific actions Amazon will take to resolve this problem. I expect this matter to be handled with the seriousness it deserves and to receive a prompt and satisfactory resolution. I look forward to your urgent response.
