Philips Cordless Vacuum Breaks Twice at the Same Joint



I purchased a Philips cordless vacuum cleaner in May 2025. About two months after the purchase, the vacuum suddenly cracked and separated at the joint where the tube connects, without any misuse or external force. I sent the product to an authorized service center, and it was returned to me with the claim that it had been repaired. However, a short time later, the same part broke again in exactly the same place.
At this point, I am forced to use the vacuum taped together, which does not feel safe and is completely unacceptable for a product that was purchased recently. Since the same defect has occurred again, it is clear to me that no permanent solution has been provided. For this reason, I am requesting a full refund for my Philips cordless vacuum cleaner and ask that this process be completed as quickly as possible.
