Amazon Cancelled Anker Eufy S120 Order Despite Stock - Price Increased

I placed an order for an Anker Eufy S120 electronic product via Amazon Turkey on 24 August 2025 (Order No: 404-4622428-1749116). The product was not delivered within the promised timeframe, and my order was subsequently cancelled without any clear or satisfactory explanation. During and after the cancellation process, the product continued to appear as in stock (4 units available) and was later relisted at a higher price, which directly contradicts the statement that this was merely a technical issue. Customer service informed me that the cancellation resulted from a technical problem, but no concrete or convincing details were provided. Reaching customer service was almost impossible, and during the only phone call I managed to make, no real solution or clarification was offered. Additionally, the refund was processed in installments instead of as a single payment, which caused further inconvenience and a financial disadvantage. At the time of purchase the product was clearly in stock, and the cancellation did not arise from any fault or action on my part. My rightful expectation was that the product would be delivered at the original purchase price. Due to the prolonged delay, lack of transparency and uncertainty, I was forced to purchase the product from another online retailer at a higher cost, which created a measurable financial loss. We have formally submitted this complaint to the Consumer Arbitration Committee, noting that Amazon Turkey had been warned multiple times beforehand. I request that this matter be resolved promptly, that I be compensated for my financial loss, and that the necessary internal controls and measures be taken so that similar issues are not repeated for other consumers. If this situation is not resolved in a satisfactory manner, we will pursue all available legal remedies and share this case with the public through the press and social media channels in the interest of consumer rights. I expect a clear, written explanation and a concrete, satisfactory solution to this issue.
