Amazon Prime Charged Me Without Permission Through Iyzico

On November 24, 2025 and December 24, 2025, my account was charged twice through Iyzico / Amazon Prime without my knowledge or consent, with each charge being $2, for a total of $4. I never started an Amazon Prime subscription, and I only became aware of these charges after seeing them on my account statement.

Regarding these transactions that were carried out without my permission or authorization, I request that all unauthorized charges be fully refunded to my account and that any subscriptions opened in my name be canceled immediately. In addition, I request a written explanation of how these unauthorized transactions occurred and ask that all necessary security measures be taken to prevent a similar situation from happening again.
