Amazon Sold Defective Kiwi KCM-7512 Inox Coffee Machine

I purchased a Kiwi KCM-7512 Inox Turkish coffee machine from Amazon with the order number 171-0719642-2916311, and I received the product on 18 September 2025 in Türkiye. From the beginning, the coffee machine had a defective part and did not function properly, so I could not use it as expected. I tried to reach Amazon customer service/the seller regarding this problem, but I was not able to contact them and therefore could not get any support or solution about the defective product. Due to the defective condition of the Kiwi Kcm-7512 Inox Turkish coffee machine and the fact that I could not receive any assistance, I kindly request a full refund for this purchase. I would like this process to be handled as quickly as possible and the refund to be issued without any further loss of time.
