I Am Still Waiting for My Amazon Order or Refund After Over a Month
This is the first time I have experienced such a serious problem with Amazon.com.tr. More than a month has passed, and I have still not received either my order or a refund. Throughout this process, I was repeatedly stalled, and no real effort was made to resolve the issue. I was left to deal with the seller and my bank entirely on my own, while Amazon refused to take responsibility for the situation. What is truly unbelievable is that, after more than a month, I am still waiting for my refund. This experience is especially disappointing because I am an Amazon Prime member, and I expected a much higher level of support and accountability.
