Amazon Turkey Warehouse Bad Service
I ordered an iPad Pro M4 11-inch 1 TB open-box product from Amazon Türkiye Depo on 18.12.2025, and the delivery was made on 20.12.2025. However, instead of the 1 TB device that I clearly paid for, I received an open-box iPad Pro M4 11-inch with only 256 GB capacity. My order number is 403-7801705-7590751, and I paid a total of 48.449,05 TL by credit card in 6 installments. After noticing the problem, I contacted Amazon Turkey customer service through every available channel. Despite this clear mistake on their side, I was only offered two options: either to return the product or to accept 7.500 TL compensation with the phrase “take it or leave it. This offer is absolutely not acceptable to me, because I specifically chose and paid for the 1 TB model, and the difference between the product I ordered and the product I received is much more than what they are offering. I request that Amazon provide the correct iPad Pro M4 11-inch 1 TB open-box device that I originally ordered and paid for, or offer a truly acceptable solution that fairly corresponds to the price and specifications of the product, rather than forcing me into an unfair choice of a small compensation or return. I expect this error to be corrected promptly and my consumer rights to be respected.
