Amazon Delayed My Refund for 25 Days After Pickup
I placed an order on Amazon Turkey with return code PA1295498, and the product was delivered to me on December 29; however, the item I received was incorrect, so I immediately created a return request. On December 30, Amazon’s own contracted courier came to my address and collected the product from me. Since that date, nearly 25 days have passed, and my refund of $4 has still not been issued. During this time, I have contacted Amazon customer service at least 15 times, and each time I was given a different explanation. At one point, I was told that the refund would be processed by the 21st of the month, but when I contacted them again today, I was given yet another excuse and still no clear resolution. I purchased this product directly from Amazon, and the return was handled by Amazon’s own courier, so I do not accept being redirected to any third-party seller. I fully fulfilled my responsibility by returning the incorrect product through Amazon’s return process. I now request that the $4 refund be issued to my original payment method without any further delay and that this issue be resolved promptly.
