Amazon Order Not Delivered or Refunded Despite Repeated Cancellation Promises

I placed an order on Amazon.com Turkey on 09.12.2025 for a Morakniv M-11892 Fishing Fillet blade, to be delivered to my address in Ankara, Turkey. The order number is 406-0048447-3001145. Despite the time that has passed, the product has not been delivered and I have not received any refund. Because of this, I called Amazon customer relations three times. Each time, I was told that the order would be cancelled and that my money would be refunded. However, as of today there has been no cancellation, no refund, and no visible progress on my order status. I request that this order be immediately cancelled as previously promised and that the full payment for order 406-0048447-3001145 be promptly refunded to my original payment method without any further delay.
