Amazon Not Processing My Refund Without Giving Any Reason
I submitted a return request to Amazon.com.tr on 3 December 2025 for an electronic product with order number 403-8978323-0517159, but despite the time that has passed, my refund has not been processed, and I have not received a clear reason. Instead, I am met with the vague statement that there is a “violation of online terms,” and the process is left unresolved. During this period, I contacted Amazon customer service many times via all available channels, including live chat, phone, and e‑mail, in total at least six times. In all these contacts, no concrete explanation was given about which term was allegedly violated, and in my last live chat conversation, the agent simply stated “online terms violation” and then closed the chat abruptly. All my conversations are recorded and can be reviewed, and there is no profanity, insult or inappropriate expression on my side in any of these records. I request that my return process for this order be urgently reviewed in detail, that I be clearly informed if there is any concrete and legitimate reason, and that, in the absence of such a reason, my refund be immediately processed and paid either back to the card registered to my account or as an Amazon gift card. I kindly ask you to resolve this situation as soon as possible and to share the result with me in writing.
