Amazon Seller Waypondev Tech Refused Warranty Support for Defective Mini PC

I purchased a WayPonDEV BY51 Mini PC on 06.04.2024 via Amazon.com.tr, from the seller Waypondev Tech. The product is registered under the Amazon order number 408-7608909-6681115, and I am using it at my address in Kavacık, Istanbul. After some time of normal use, the power adapter started to emit an abnormal noise, which caused problems in operating the device safely. In addition, the fan of the device produces an unusually high level of noise during use, which seriously affects the comfort of normal use and the suitability of the product for its intended purpose. I consider both the adapter issue and the excessive fan noise as defects. In my correspondence with the seller, they initially stated that they would replace the adapter, but later informed me that they would charge me for both the adapter and the shipping. The seller advertises a “1-year warranty” for the product, but refuses to offer a free solution under this warranty. However, from the date of delivery, I am within the legal warranty period, and I have consumer rights under the legislation. When I contacted Amazon customer service several times (approximately 4–5 times), they stated that there was “no sales contract” despite my request, and said they could not send it. They also did not respond when I asked how many complaints I had regarding this issue. I requested an invoice from the seller, but they refused and did not provide it. Despite this, the order, invoice, and correspondence records clearly prove the dispute. I request that the defective power adapter be replaced free of charge, that no shipping or delivery costs be charged to me for this replacement, and that the excessive fan noise be evaluated as a defect and that one of the appropriate options, among replacement with a non-defective equivalent product, free repair or refund be applied. I also request that the necessary decision be made regarding trial and related costs within the scope of my legal consumer rights. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible, and my rights as a consumer to be fully observed.
