Tefal Coffee Machine Heating Problem

On June 24th, 2021, I purchased a coffee machine. During the time that the product was under warranty, I experienced a heating problem with it. That day, November 17th, 2022, I turned it over to the authorized service. The warranty certificate states that there is a waiting period of 20 days, which I have now fulfilled. Nevertheless, each and every time I call, I am put on hold and told that the service is currently awaiting the arrival of parts. I am writing to make an urgent request that the product be changed out for a brand new one.
