Tefal X-Plorer Serie 95 Repeated Issues - Service Misconduct

We purchased the Tefal X-Plorer Serie 95 robot vacuum cleaner in 2023 for ₺11,000, but since the day we bought it, I have not gotten any efficiency from the device due to ongoing issues. I went to the store to report my complaints, but they kept stalling me and said the product was being sent to technical service. Each time it came back, I had to deal with the same problems again (the product was sent to authorized service 4 times), and I was completely disappointed after paying so much. Throughout this process, I received no support from Teknosa’s customer service. They constantly directed me to different phone numbers and expected me to call on my own. Without my consent, they gave my number to the authorized service, which called me, insulted me, used offensive language, and even asked me to pay for a product part. The Tefal service they directed me to also used inappropriate language, saying, “I will never have this product brought to this factory again.”As the owner of the product, I should not have to hear this disrespect and unprofessional behavior. I request that the necessary actions and measures be taken.
