Kosla Vanish Oxi Action Powergel Ruined Clothes After Wash
Yesterday I used the Kosla Vanish Oxi Action Powergel product as described in the user manual to remove a stain and then washed my clothes in the washing machine. As a result of this process, 3 shirts and 1 sweatshirt were badly stained and ruined, as can be seen in the video I recorded. I bought the product from an A101 store in Istanbul. I carefully followed the instructions on the packaging and made sure the product was suitable both for the shirts and for the sweatshirt. The same product had not caused this level of damage to other shirts with the same texture and usage instructions, which made this result even more unexpected and disappointing. The approximate value of the 3 shirts is ₺3,500 and the sweatshirt is ₺1,200. I still have the product and can share photos and other information such as the packaging details if needed for an examination. I have reached out about this issue but have not yet received any response. I request that I be compensated financially with a total of ₺4,700 for the ruined 3 shirts and 1 sweatshirt and that the necessary checks be made regarding this product to prevent similar grievances in the future.
