Tefal Iron Expels Rust and Limescale but I Got No Support

Hello, I purchased a "Pro Express Ultimate II GV9720" iron from Trendyol-Turkey on March 1, 2025. After 2-3 uses, it started expelling limescale and rust, and continued to do so. Consequently, I took it to an authorized service center on April 30, 2025. I explained my complaint as "the iron base is spitting out rust and limescale." When I picked up the device, the service document stated, "Limescale cleaning performed. Product is normal." I asked if my problem was resolved, and the response I received was, "They (irons) do that." I returned home, and on the first use and subsequent uses, it continued to do the same thing. For the second time, I took the device to another authorized service center on June 20, 2025. Again, I explained my complaint: "the iron base is spitting out rust and limescale." They told me this was normal, that they could only clean it and return it, and that the issue might be due to the water. I questioned this, saying, "How can that be? The iron's instruction manual says to use tap water, but you're saying it's due to the water." I also pointed out that the iron's limescale collector doesn't accumulate any limescale, but limescale is coming out from the bottom of the iron, implying the limescale collector isn't functioning. However, they insisted it was normal, and that both limescale and rust could be expelled. The second service center also just cleaned it and returned it. No one seems to understand or care about solving the problem. My other brand's tankless iron, which is 3 years old, has zero limescale on its soleplate, yet this 3-month-old iron's soleplate is accumulating limescale. This product is anti-calc. They seem to think we don't know anything. Tefal has made a limescale collector for a reason – so that limescale can be collected there – but instead, the limescale is collecting under the iron. Not only has my problem not been resolved, but they're also telling me that subsequent cleaning services will be charged. It's as if I'm the one accumulating the limescale and the iron isn't anti-limescale. Rust and limescale issues with a 4-month-old iron! Everyone should know about this...
