I Face Incomplete Repair and Missing Part on Tefal Actiflow Expert Food Processor
About one month ago, I brought my Tefal Actiflow Expert food processor to the Üsküdar Nehir Technical Service because the lid pin was stuck and broke. I also suspected an issue with the locking mechanism. The service only replaced the lower pin’s plastic part but did not repair the lock mechanism. As a result, the new lid they provided also got stuck at the top and could not be removed. The very first time I used it after service, the same problem occurred again.
At the beginning of this process, I contacted Tefal customer service, and they directed me to the service center. My product is still under warranty, which will expire in one month. I did not pay any fee since they said there would be no charge for this repair. However, the repair was not fully completed, and the plastic lid’s upper stopper was missing when the product was returned to me.
I am requesting that my food processor be fully repaired this time, including the locking mechanism, and that the missing part of the lid be provided to me. Since the warranty is still valid, I expect Tefal to resolve this issue without delay and ensure the product is returned to me in full working condition.
