Tefal Explorer Series 75 Mop - Map Deletion After Power Outages

46

We’ve been experiencing an ongoing issue for about two years with our Tefal RG7675WH Explorer Series 75 Mop smart robot vacuum due to a chronic malfunction that occurs after power outages. Each time the power goes out, the device’s map is automatically deleted, and we have to set it up all over again. This not only wastes our time but also severely limits the convenience that a smart vacuum is supposed to provide. We've tried updating the software and resetting the device multiple times, but the problem still persists. Product SKU: 2211400962, Warranty Code: 29229202.
