I Face Poor Cooking Performance With Tefal Clipso Pressure Cooker

About 5–6 months ago, I purchased a Tefal Clipso pressure cooker through Hepsiburada. From the very first day, I have been disappointed with the product. Meals take a very long time to cook, and despite being a pressure cooker, it performs no better than an ordinary pot. This defeats the whole purpose of having paid extra for a pressure cooker.

In addition, the bottom surface of the cooker developed a wavy, stained appearance that does not wash off. While it is not peeling, the look makes the product seem old and worn, even though it is still relatively new.

My order number is 462 349 837 5, and the product is still under warranty. When I contacted Tefal and Hepsiburada, I was told to reach out to the authorized service center. However, due to the poor performance, I have completely stopped using the cooker. Considering I paid around ₺3,500, I expected far better quality from a brand like Tefal.

My Request

I want my complaint to be taken seriously and my problem resolved promptly. I either expect the product to be replaced with a properly functioning one or another fair solution that compensates for my loss of trust and wasted money.
