Tefal X-plorer Serie 75 Robot Vacuum Keeps Showing W2 Wheel Error
I used the Tefal X-plorer Serie 75 robot vacuum for about 6 months without any problems, but since I moved abroad for a year, I did not use the device at all during that time. When I started using it again this year, for the past 5 months it has constantly shown the “w2 wheel error.” The device comes off the charger, moves around briefly, then immediately gives the error and stops working completely. To solve the issue, I reset the device, contacted customer service, and sent it to technical service, but even after all these steps the same problem continues. The product’s warranty has just expired. I purchased it through Hepsiburada with order number 191 525 788, and I live in Ağrı. I learned that many users of this model experience the same failure as a chronic issue. I also see that even when the product is sent to service, the problem is not solved and reoccurs. I have applied to the Consumer Arbitration Board and shared the situation with my followers on social media. Since such a chronically faulty product is being sold, I expect the brand to take responsibility for a replacement and resolve my grievance.
