Tefal Blender I Used Less Than 10 Times Broke Down Fast

I bought a blender set from Tefal, and they never mentioned anything about dowry insurance. I’ve only been using it for the past six months and very lightly, yet it broke down almost immediately. Despite paying a premium price expecting long-term quality, the product didn’t even last a year. On top of that, the information they provide is vague and unhelpful. They told me to take it to the technical service and handle everything myself. I don’t recommend this at all. They don’t offer any real solutions and don’t provide support. How can a machine that hasn’t even been used ten times break down so quickly?
