Stanley Quencher Leakage Problem

I purchased a Stanley Quencher from the Karaca store in MarkAntalya on 1/12/2025, and the product has been leaking since the first day I bought it. This situation prevents me from using the thermos safely and comfortably, as it does not perform the way a Stanley product is expected to. I have not yet contacted the store or customer service, but I am sharing this complaint so that the issue can be resolved as quickly as possible. I request that my leaking Stanley Quencher be repaired under the necessary procedures or replaced with a non-defective product.
