Parimatch Support Delay INR 60,000 Stuck After Failed Deposits

My Parimatch ID is 614746293. I deposited Parimatch on 13/11/2025 for INR 50,000 through UTR 693840118686 using the Android application. The money was successfully deducted from my bank account, but it has neither been credited to my Parimatch balance nor refunded to my bank to date. In addition to this, I had another declined transaction on 28/11/2025 for INR 10,000 with UTR 392989462676. This amount was also deducted from my bank account, but has not been credited to my Parimatch wallet or refunded to my bank. I raised a ticket with Parimatch support almost three weeks ago, and since then, I have repeatedly contacted live chat. Each time, I am only told to wait and that my money will be refunded, but nothing has been resolved, and both amounts are still missing. I request that a total of INR 60,000 (INR 50,000 from 13/11/2025 and INR 10,000 from 28/11/2025) be refunded to my bank account immediately without any further delay, as this situation has caused me serious inconvenience and loss of trust in the platform.
