On December 22, 2024, I purchased a Tefal Clipso Minut’ Easy 6L Pressure Cooker (Model: 1510001237, Silver) from Hepsiburada. The product was delivered to my address in Kartal, Istanbul. My invoice number is 7210299563, and the order number is 462 230 213 4.
After starting to use the cooker, I experienced a serious safety issue during the last two uses. Boiling water splashed out everywhere, and the pressure cooker failed to operate properly. This makes it both unsafe and unusable in daily cooking. I attempted to open a support request through Hepsiburada, but I was unable to complete the process successfully.
Since the product is still under warranty and was purchased via credit card, I request that it be replaced with a brand-new unit as soon as possible. I expect Hepsiburada and Tefal to take responsibility for this dangerous defect and resolve my complaint quickly.
