Tefal X-Force Flex 14.80 Aqua Brush Not Rotating

I purchased the Tefal X-Force Flex 14.80 Aqua upright vacuum cleaner. From the first day I received the product, the head was faulty and the brush did not rotate. My order number is #10534331180. Although the product is under Tefal’s 2-year warranty, customer service did not offer any solution during my calls. Since the product arrived defective and I could not get any results from customer service, I am requesting a return. I want my issue to be resolved as quickly as possible.
