Request For Resolution Regarding Faulty Tefal P4220 Pressure Cooker

Dear Tefal Customer Service, Approximately one month ago, my Tefal P4220 pressure cooker developed a malfunction. I contacted the authorized Tefal dealer in Uşak, who informed me that the issue was due to a mechanism failure. However, I was told that the necessary replacement part is no longer produced or supplied by Tefal. Following this, I also reached out to Tefal headquarters via email, but unfortunately, I was informed that no solution could be provided. Although the warranty period of the product has expired, I am unable to use it because the required part is unavailable. This has rendered the cooker completely unusable, causing significant inconvenience. Considering that I paid approximately ₺8,000 for this product, I find it unacceptable for it to become obsolete in such a manner. Therefore, I kindly request an appropriate solution to resolve this issue—whether by supplying the necessary part, replacing the product, or issuing a refund. I was very satisfied with the company's behavior. I can say that I will not give up on Tefal's products from now on.
