Tefal Upright Vacuum Cleaner Gives Me Weak Suction and Faulty Bin
The trash bin of my Tefal Upright Vacuum Cleaner does not close completely, and the suction power has deteriorated significantly in a short time. This makes it very difficult to use the vacuum properly and leaves the cleaning incomplete. I expected better quality from a brand like Tefal, but I am very disappointed. Tefal Turkey services are not helping, and the Adana service said there is no problem with the product.
The Tefal brand has disappointed me. They claim that they called me, but they did not. When I called them, they said my process was ongoing and that they would get back to me, but they are just prolonging the process. There is no response at all.
They just called and stated that it is perfectly normal for the dust container to pop out while vacuuming, and that this is not a problem. Announcement for those considering buying it :)
