About one year ago, I purchased a Tefal TW7289 vacuum cleaner from Teknosa. Recently, the hose of the vacuum head broke, and this is the first time I have experienced such an issue.
When I contacted Tefal customer service, they informed me that this is a chronic problem and that a replacement part cannot be provided. I find this explanation unacceptable. Regardless of whether it is a common fault, I expect the brand to stand behind its product and provide a proper solution.
I am requesting that the vacuum head be replaced. My product may still be under warranty, but I am not certain. My order/invoice number is LD1355927. I ask that this problem be resolved quickly and fairly, either through a warranty repair or by supplying a replacement vacuum head.
