Popeyes Delivered Wrong Fries Size Despite Paid Upgrade

On December 10, 2025, at around 5:02 PM, I placed an order through Yemeksepeti from Popeyes in Gazi Neighborhood, Ankara, and selected the Super Deal menu. I paid an additional fee to upgrade the fries in the menu, but despite this, the fries were delivered in a small size.
After noticing this issue, I contacted Yemeksepeti/Popeyes customer service and explained that I had paid extra for the fries but received the smaller portion instead. However, I was told very briefly that they could not help, and the conversation was effectively ended without any effort to assist me or offer an alternative solution.
My concern here is not the amount of money, but rather the lack of effort toward customer satisfaction. I would like Yemeksepeti and Popeyes to explain why, in such a clear case where a paid service was not provided, no action was taken to help the customer, and why the communication was terminated with a short “we can’t help” response.
I request that this situation be reviewed and that a clear explanation and feedback be provided so that similar experiences do not happen again.
