Epson L3251 Printer Performs Extremely Slow and Is Unusable
About two months ago, I purchased an Epson L3251 printer from the Vatan Computer Karabük Central branch, and I deeply regret this purchase. Even though I specifically chose this printer for easy and practical use from my phone, printing even a single page has turned into a major ordeal.
I simply want to print a basic screenshot, but the printer treats it like a photo print. Regardless of whether it’s black-and-white or color, even at the lowest quality setting, it takes 4–5 minutes just to print one page. I was told that I need to print everything as a PDF, which means downloading an extra PDF app and constantly moving files from one app to another.
When I try printing through Epson Smart Panel, the problem continues—printing 10 pages takes about 4 minutes, which I also recorded on video. I have clearly experienced that this product is not practical at all, is difficult to use, and is extremely slow.
Since it has been like this from day one, the printer has become almost unusable for me. For this reason, I believe the Epson L3251 printer is defective and inadequate in terms of performance, and I am requesting a full return of the product.
