Tefal Sold Me a Defective Iron and Refused to Refund My Money

When I opened the box, I saw that the Tefal iron's bottom was scratched, the steam level was very low, and the steam boost function didn't work. It was disappointing to see such bad quality in a brand-new item, especially from a company like Tefal. I called customer service right away, but all they could do was say no to my request for a refund. They wouldn't give me my money back, so I'm asking Tefal for a full refund. I don't think anyone should buy Tefal.
