I Face App Update Error on Tefal Robot Vacuum Serie 220

Yesterday, I purchased a Tefal Robot Vacuum Serie 220 from the Çarşı Store in Samsun. Following the instructions, I fully charged the device before use and installed the Tefal Robots mobile app on my Android phone. However, whenever I open the app, I continuously get a message saying that an update is required. When I try to perform the update, it does not complete successfully.

I already tried several troubleshooting steps: resetting the device, reinstalling the app, and even restarting it as advised by customer service. None of these actions resolved the issue. As a result, I have been unable to use my robot vacuum at all, despite having just purchased it.

Since my product is still under warranty and I have all the documents, I request that Tefal immediately resolve this issue. I expect the app update error to be fixed, or a working solution provided so I can finally use my new vacuum cleaner without further delay. This situation has caused me unnecessary frustration, and I want my grievance addressed as soon as possible.
