I Face Continuous Vacuum Error on Tefal X-Plorer Serie 240 AI Robot Vacuum
About three months ago, I purchased a Tefal X-Plorer Serie 240 AI robot vacuum from Yön AVM. I only started using it about a week ago, but even after just a few runs, it repeatedly shows a “vacuum error” and stops working. The device can barely clean a single room before giving the error, and when it moves into a second room, it shuts down almost immediately.
Since my product is still under warranty, I contacted Tefal customer service, who instructed me to bring it to a service center. I followed their instructions, but unfortunately, no effective solution was provided, and the same problem continues.
Considering this issue started almost immediately after I began using the device, I believe it to be a serious defect. I therefore request that my robot vacuum be replaced with a brand-new unit under warranty so that I can use it without constant interruptions. I expect Tefal to resolve this matter promptly and restore my confidence in the brand.
Progress
I recently bought the Tefal X-plorer Serie 240 model robot vacuum cleaner from Yön AVM in Afyonkarahisar. After using the device a few times, it started giving a vacuum error. Due to this issue, I took the product to the service center twice, and each time I was told it was repaired. However, I encounter the same vacuum error again with every use.
My product is under warranty and I have the invoice and all necessary documents. I also contacted customer service, but no solution was offered other than being directed to the service center again.
Since I keep experiencing the same malfunction and the problem has not been permanently resolved, I request a product replacement. I kindly ask for my grievance to be resolved.
