The Bosch refrigerator I purchased approximately seven years ago has become unusable due to a recurring and unresolved malfunction. Specifically, the lower section of the refrigerator (the crisper/vegetable compartment) has lost its cooling function. In an attempt to fix the issue, the authorized service replaced the temperature sensor and the mainboard; however, these interventions did not provide a permanent solution. When the refrigerator is unplugged and restarted, it cools temporarily but stops cooling the lower section again within a few days. Despite repeated service efforts, the malfunction persists, indicating the product is inherently defective. Since the refrigerator has not yet reached the end of its average economic life (approximately 10 years), the seller and/or manufacturer is liable under hidden defect regulations. Therefore, I request a free replacement of the refrigerator. If this is not fulfilled, I will pursue my rights through the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
