Relying on the Bosch brand and its corporate reputation, I purchased an oven, stovetop, and range hood set from your authorized dealer Bayram Çağlıyan DTM, located in Karaman city center, on November 27, 2025, for approximately $1,150. However, shortly after the purchase, this dealer closed the store and disappeared, and the products I paid for have still not been delivered to me.

Following this situation, I applied to the Karaman Consumer Arbitration Committee, and a decision was issued in my favor for a refund of my payment. Based on this decision, I initiated enforcement proceedings (Karaman Enforcement Office File No: 2026/4306). Although the notice was properly served to the dealer, no payment has been made and I have received no response.

I did not make this purchase from an individual seller but based on my trust in the Bosch brand and its authorized dealership network. Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, Bosch (BSH Home Appliances), as the manufacturer/importer, is jointly responsible for the actions of its authorized dealer and for the non-delivery of the purchased products.

As of now, the outstanding amount in the enforcement file, including costs and interest, has reached approximately $1,250. I expect a global brand like Bosch Turkey not to ignore the grievance of a customer who has been unfairly treated by its authorized dealer.

I request that Bosch urgently resolve this issue by either refunding the full amount I paid or ensuring that the purchased products are delivered to me in full. Otherwise, I will proceed with legal action against Bosch in Consumer Court.
