On October 17, my Bosch Condens 2200 boiler started displaying error codes 2910 and 2962. Along with these errors, the unit sometimes does not operate at all, frequently requires resetting, and we experience problems with both radiator heating and hot water.
Even though the product is still under warranty, the issue has not been permanently resolved despite 10–15 service visits. The authorized service center that came to my address in Karşıyaka, İzmir first replaced the main control board, and even though the product was under warranty, I was charged for this repair. After that, the fan was replaced, and later the pipes were replaced as well.
Each time, I was told that the problem had been fixed, but after a short period, the same errors and the same codes reappeared. Despite repeated service visits, multiple part replacements, and additional charges requested from me, the problem is still ongoing.
Although the authorized service stated that a product replacement could be considered if the same fault occurs twice, no replacement process was initiated — even though we experience the 2910 error almost every day, sometimes multiple times in the same day.
I am extremely frustrated that a warranty-covered product can suffer so many failures and repeated service visits without any permanent solution being provided. For this reason, I am requesting that my Bosch Condens 2200 boiler be replaced due to these chronic and unresolved issues, and that my grievance be resolved.
If the product is not replaced, I would like to state that we will pursue legal action and also report the entire process in detail to Bosch headquarters in Germany, including issuing the necessary formal notices.
