Temu Order Not Delivered Despite Evri Delivery Confirmation

I placed an order for a Moroccan light from Temu, which was shipped via Evri under tracking number H0483A1871793359. The parcel was marked as delivered, but it was not delivered to my correct address. The driver uploaded photos and a location to show that the delivery had supposedly taken place, but this was not my address. I checked the CCTV footage, which clearly shows that the driver took the parcel back and left, instead of leaving it at the correct address. Since then, the parcel has not been found, and I still have not received my order. I have contacted customer services many times about this issue, but the problem has still not been resolved, and I have not received either my parcel or a satisfactory explanation. I am very disappointed with how this has been handled. I am requesting a full refund for my Temu order and a proper investigation by Evri into why the driver did not deliver the parcel to the right address and why it was taken back after being scanned as delivered. I expect this matter to be resolved promptly
