Bosch Refrigerator Chronic Defect - No Fix At Services

Bosch refrigerator has been malfunctioning continuously since the day it was purchased; to date, 5–6 parts have been replaced and approximately 10 service interventions have been carried out. Despite all these procedures, the product has never operated reliably or consistently, and at best we were only able to use it without issues for a few months. The most recent service record states that the sensor, heating element, and freezer door were replaced, and that the power board and insulation also need to be replaced. However, the LED lighting and power board had already been replaced in the past. In addition, although customer service informed us that both doors would be replaced, this was not fully reflected in the service report. We have also identified that some previously replaced parts and some parts stated as needing replacement were not completely and accurately listed in the reports. The incomplete and inaccurate recording of replaced parts raises serious concerns that the process has been managed in a way that favors the company. Relevant service records and documents are attached. The freezer door, previously replaced due to rust, rusted again within a short time, and rust has now formed on the refrigerator door as well. This recurring issue clearly demonstrates that the product suffers from a chronic manufacturing defect. Continuous part replacements are not a solution; they merely postpone the underlying problem. Our food has spoiled multiple times, causing financial loss. The product is unable to fulfill its most basic function—preserving food. Under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the product clearly qualifies as a “defective good.” Since the same faults have repeatedly occurred and repairs have failed to provide a permanent solution, we hereby explicitly and definitively exercise our right to request replacement with a new, defect-free equivalent product. From this point forward, we will not accept any further repair attempts. We demand that our refrigerator be replaced with a new and flawless equivalent product at no additional cost to us and that our complaint be resolved as soon as possible. Otherwise, we will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and other relevant legal authorities.
