Bosch SMS8YDI82T B Dishwasher Noise Warranty Fee Issue
I am having problems with my Bosch SMS8YDI82T B dishwasher, which for the last one to two months has been making unusual noises during operation and is not washing the dishes properly. Despite using the same detergents and programs as before, the cleaning performance has clearly deteriorated and the strange sounds continue, which makes me think there is a technical fault. I contacted Bosch service about this issue, but I was told that a service visit would cost ₺900 just for them to come and check the product. I find it unacceptable to be asked to pay such a high visit fee for a product that should be evaluated within its warranty scope, especially when there is an obvious malfunction in performance and operation. I request that my dishwasher be examined under warranty without charging a visit fee, and if a fault is detected, that the necessary actions be taken within the warranty, including product replacement if needed. I expect this problem to be resolved as soon as possible in a way that does not cause any additional financial burden on me.
The service showed up, said the heat pump was defective and that it would need to be replaced. The service was responsive, but it's infuriating that a machine that's only 9–10 months old has such a fault and has to be completely taken apart. No one from Bosch called. Bosch is truly a worthless brand.
