Bosch Advanced Aquatak 160 Failed to Meet Performance Expectations

I purchased a Bosch Advanced Aquatak 160 model product one day ago, but after using it, I realized that the pressure level was not what I expected and that its performance did not meet my expectations. For this reason, I requested that the authorized service center issue a service report or written note stating that the product is “eligible for return” so I could return it. On January 30, 2026, the authorized service center I contacted told me that they do not have the ability to issue such a document and that I should contact the store for the return. However, when I spoke with the store, they stated that the return could only be processed with a written report issued by the service center and directed me back to the service. I am currently being sent back and forth between the service center and the store without any solution, leaving me unfairly inconvenienced. Even though I purchased the product just one day ago and am dissatisfied with its performance due to low pressure, my return process has not been initiated. I request that my return process be started as soon as possible, either by having the authorized service issue the required “return-eligible” document or by allowing the store to process the return without this document, and that my grievance be resolved promptly.
