About 2.5 years ago, when we were renewing our home appliances, we trusted Bosch’s old reputation for quality and purchased three machines: a washing machine, a dryer, and a dishwasher. Unfortunately, I have not been satisfied with any of them. Each product has had its own issues, but the worst problem is that my washing machine has started rusting after just 2 years.
My bathroom is completely dry—there is no humidity or moisture—so it makes no sense how a machine can start rusting on its own, especially in two separate areas. How can a product deteriorate like this in only 2 years?
You charge extra simply for the brand name, yet the quality is worse than second-hand appliances. It is truly disappointing. When we contact service, instead of offering support, they warn us that if the issue is considered “user error,” we will be charged around $30, which feels like intimidation. It seems like a convenient excuse to avoid responsibility.
After experiencing this, we did some research and saw that many other customers are facing the same issue. It feels like planned obsolescence, but even then, this level of poor quality is unacceptable.
