I Face Bosch Mum Serie 2 Mixer Melting Parts and Repeated Failure




I purchased a Bosch Mum Serie 2 stand mixer online around 2022. Although I did not use the product very frequently, within a short period, the rotating mechanism of the machine melted, and both mixing attachments became unusable as a result. Since the day I bought it, I have never been able to use the machine at full efficiency.
The product was sent to an authorized service center once, and I was told that parts were replaced. However, I am now facing the exact same issue again. Recently, when I noticed that the machine was struggling during use, I inspected it closely and saw that the components had melted again.
Due to the timing coinciding with the earthquake period, I currently cannot access important documents such as the invoice, warranty certificate, or service receipt. This has caused additional inconvenience and hardship for me.
I purchased this product by paying a significant amount of money, and I now want to use it properly without ongoing issues. Even though I do not have the documents, I request that my product and service history be reviewed, and that my stand mixer be repaired free of charge or replaced if possible.
What matters to me is being able to use a functional and reliable product in return for the money I paid. I kindly request that my complaint be evaluated and that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.

The service quoted me a price of about 5400, and they said they could only discount it to 4000 TL. I will not pay that amount for the product’s technical defect. My grievance has not been resolved. I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board. This is a technical fault of the machine, not mine or the plastic—please look at the Bosch quality we purchased; I am very upset.

The brand said the device would be repaired for ₺4000, but after that offer no solution was provided. The problem still persists and the brand's approach is not constructive, fast but not solution-oriented. I do not accept this price; such a high amount should not be charged to the customer for a technical product defect.
