Bosch Serie 6 Washing Machine Defect: Screen Delay Since the Day of Installation
The Bosch Serie 6 washing machine I purchased on September 25, 2025, started having issues from the very first day of installation. When I try to use it, sometimes the screen does not turn on for 3 hours, sometimes for 1 hour, and even when it eventually works, it starts with a delay. I also have video recordings showing this issue. I reported the problem to Hepsiburada, the delivering dealer AgeEvGeteçleri, and Bosch customer service, but all three keep redirecting me to each other and no one takes responsibility. The dealer says they can only accept my return request with a service report, Hepsiburada canceled my return request without informing me, and Bosch customer service, despite seeing the videos, only suggests temporary and inadequate solutions like “unplug and plug it back in.” One Bosch representative even said they could not explain the return of this product to their superiors. Since this is a product only 2 days old and under warranty, I request that the problem be resolved with either a return or replacement. Otherwise, I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Board.
